Richard L. Podos
CEO & President

Richard is the founder of Lance Capital LLC and its related companies, and the author of many of our core concepts, including patent-pending TIFS/ETIFS and SLB+. Prior to our current initiatives, he delivered strategic advisory services for major corporate real estate portfolios worldwide, using POAST™, a proprietary analytical tool, to support private equity investment in approximately 35 worldwide corporate investment and M&A transactions totaling over $500 billion, representing in aggregate greater than 400 million square feet. Additionally, Richard has been at the forefront of the application of financial innovation and technology in the commercial / corporate real estate industry throughout his career. Richard has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 24 years, with corporate clients including: AT&T, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, Chrysler Corporation, General Motors, HSBC, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Oracle, Prudential Financial, Tiffany & Co., UnitedHealth Group, Verizon, and Xerox.


John O’Rourke

John M. O'Rourke brings over 20 years of real estate investment banking, structured finance/CMBS and strategic advisory/consulting experience gained at Goldman Sachs, UBS Securities, Mercer Consulting, and DTZ Rockwood. Most recently, as Managing Director and Partner at DTZ Rockwood, John headed the Financial Services Group, an integrated real estate finance team that advised, structured and executed more than $5 billion of debt and equity finance transactions, including both newly originated and secondary sales of senior/mezzanine debt and preferred equity as well as programmatic joint venture equity and property- and entity-level recapitalizations on behalf of both developers/owners, real estate investment managers and financial institutions. In addition, before joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. O'Rourke served as CEO for two startup ventures — one in reinsurance, the other in an investment vehicle with a "rollup" strategy — with responsibility for developing the business plan and marketing the venture to prospective capital sources and clients.

Mr. O’Rourke holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.


Lola V. Bellini

Prior to founding Kratos and subsequently merging with Lance, Lola was a Vice President and Senior Acquisitions Officer in the Real Estate Investment Group of JPMorgan Asset Management where she sourced, underwrote, structured, negotiated and closed investments on behalf of the firm’s institutional clients. Lola executed commercial real property transactions encompassing all property types and ownership structures including direct investments, forward transactions and programmatic joint venture partnerships totaling over $3 billion. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Lola was a Senior Acquisitions Associate at ING Clarion Partners where she closed over $600 million of transactions in the northeast and mid-west regions. Lola previously held positions at Blackstone Group and Jones Lang Wootten Realty Advisors.

Lola holds a dual BS in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School.


Adam Seiber

Adam brings a diverse set of experiences to Lance including managing the turnaround of specialty multi-family properties spanning ten US states for the National Housing Corporation of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Through increasing top-line revenues by over 200% in under two years, he successfully stabilized the finances and operations of the distressed portfolio. Following his tenure with the National Housing Corporation he worked in the organization & change practice at Deloitte Consulting focusing on workplace transformation projects at several global financial services firms in New York City. Since joining Lance, Adam has executed over $150 million in real estate transactions including CTL finance, TI Funding, structuring and advisory.

Adam has a BS in Finance from Murray State University.


Wayne D'Amico, CCIM

Since 1987, Wayne D'Amico has advised on commercial real estate activities involving over $400,000,000 of various real estate development and investment projects. D’Amico’s work has spanned areas of tax assessment validation, brokerage, valuation and advisory work, as well as marketing tailored financing solutions to a local, regional, and national client base. Some of his advisory clients and their counterparties have included Wal-Mart, Morgan Stanley, Lowes, CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, along with a number of institutional and private investors, occupiers and developers.

D'Amico graduated from New York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Finance also receiving NYU's Real Estate Institute "Diploma in Real Estate" with a concentration on Investment Analysis. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and in 1996, was awarded the CCIM designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute in Chicago IL. D'Amico was integral to the 2008 founding of the New York City Metro Chapter of the CCIM Institute and in October 2010 was elected to be the 2013 CCIM Institute President.


Steven J. Kaufman

Steven’s background includes substantial experience in corporate real estate and development. He has successfully completed global corporate assignments and projects throughout North America, Europe, South and Latin America and the Pacific Rim. Steve has held senior leadership roles on the corporate real estate teams at Bank of America, Alcoa, General Electric, Siemens, and General Motors Corporation, where he has actively managed diverse portfolios ranging from 7.5 million square feet to over 150 million square feet. In his career, Steve has completed property transactions in 48 of the 50 states and 29 foreign countries exceeding nine million square feet with an aggregate value of over $1.5 billion.

Steve is a designated CCIM by the Commercial Real Estate Institute, a Six Sigma green belt, has an MBA in Marketing from Nova-Southeastern University, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.


J. Michael Dow

Michael has 40 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry worldwide.

Prior to Lance, Michael spent 10 years as President of CresaPartners, an international tenant representation firm. During his tenure, the firm’s revenues grew from $33 million to $165 million. He was responsible for setting up the firm’s international relationship with what is now BNP Paribas Real Estate and for starting and growing their New York office.

From 1994 to 1999, Michael was Chairman of Jones Lang Wootton North America, where revenues tripled during his tenure prior to the merger with LaSalle Partners. From 1971 to 1994, Michael worked for JLW in London, culminating in setting up the European Corporate Real Estate Group in 1990. As part of that responsibility, he became Consultant Head of Group Property at British Telecom from 1991 to 1993. During his tenure at JLW, Michael spent six years on the UK Managing Committee and five years on the International Board.

Michael is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Anglo-American Real Property Institute, the Urban Land Institute, and CoreNet Global.
